Cyberpunk 2020 Dice Roller v3

Another update for the dice roller! Now supports High Noon Shootout as well as Friday Night Firefight, though there are still some bugs and kinks. For High Noon Shootout to work properly, fill in every box for the Attacker as well as the target's Reflex and BTM on the armor pain. That will be fixed in future builds.
